bounce

alex had such a nice weekend. we went swimming friday night (and no we haven't been in quite some time), but alex had a lot of fun swimming and then playing in the shower. then saturday morning was gymnastics, which she did a really good job at this week, and then we went directly to the super fantastic amazing inflatable funzone (or something like that). she had to measure herself against the frog on the wall to see if she was tall enough for all the inflatablea, but alas she was too short and therefore could only go in the animal zone. this was fine though, seeing as how she would have worn herself out before she even got to any other zones anyways. it was basically an inflatable pen, with a little slide, and inflatable animals and a tiny little ball pit. she enjoyed bouncing and all, i think she liked the slide best (in the photo above she has just finished sliding down the slide). it didn't tire her out as much as i had hoped - and it didn't get out all her bouncing needs completely, but it was fun and there was a little less jumping on the couch the rest of the weekend :)
