yesterday, we went to the pumpkin festival! they had decorations, a fun house (which was kind of weird), hay ride, pumpkin patches, an old western show, face painting (not very skilled artisans, but alex liked her heart), a petting farm and pony rides! alex rode the ponies twice - she liked that. she enjoyed the petting farm, as you can see she held a couple of bunnies and the first thing out of her mouth when holding one was "i want it!" i think she actually liked the pumpkin patches the best - she wanted to pick out a pumpkin right away, and she picked out a perfectly small little pumpkin. she was very excited to show it to jeffrey stickers when we got home. oh, and we discovered that alex is finally getting her 2 year old molars! she has 2 of them coming in...finally! it's about time.
