hot weekend, hanging with her girlfriend, and the library

it was a really hot weekend here, which made it perfect for enjoying some backyard pool time. grace came over friday and saturday to hang out. they tried out the pool and rode their bikes and looked thru pokemon cards. on sunday, the three of us went on a bike ride together. that was nice. we also got stuff done, cooked, and enjoyed lots of sun and pool. alex has been wanting her own library card, so we rode our bikes to library and signed her up. after that, we rode our bikes over to moosehead to enjoy some food. it's nice being able to ride our bikes around to a few places and it's good exercise. after that, alex and grace rode their bikes up to the library (just because they can.) alex is signed up for the library summer reading program as well as logging books with the school program. she is also doing math on kahn academy every week. so she is keeping herself busy.
