create + code

alex went to summer camp last week at Saint Joseph Academy. the camp was girls who create + code. she loved it. she got to use the 3D printer and design pieces to print. she got to program and play with robotics. she got to use the laser engraver. she made some wood cuts with words on them and a bunch of stickers. she also 3D printed a puzzle and a TARDIS (which she created the print design digitally.) she had a great time. friday night she met up with some of her friends at the mall where they shopped and ate and went to the Lion King movie. she really enjoyed the movie and of course being with her friends. Saturday we went back to school shopping and lunch with a few other errands before cooling off in the pool. Sunday we cleaned and spent a little time in the pool - it was a very hot weekend. this week she has lacrosse camp.
