well, it was a lovely weather weekend, so we spent the entire weekend outside. seriously, she never wants to come inside. so we had fun playing with chalk and bubbles and collecting kaya's racquet balls and playing on the jungle gym. we think she's still working on those second year molars (yes, still, if there was a guiness world record for slowest teeth grower, she'd be a shoe in), since she said "no gymnastics, go home" during the beginning of gymnastics and refused to participate, and her random eating patterns, not to mention the buckets full of drool - hopefully they show up soon and the poor thing can be done growing teeth for a while.
alex has not quite picked up on naming her dolls, in fact all her water babies are named "baby boy" by her - even though they are most probably all girls (seeing as how the one only has a minnie mouse dress, but whatever, maybe she's a cross dressing baby doll). but alex decided to commandere my teddy bear (only ever been named teddy, so i can't claim any creativity with naming), i asked her some random question and she told me, his name is "wiggle spouts" just out of the blue, and what a great name, huh. about a week or two ago, we were discussing whether alex could have a hamster and asked what she would name it if she got one (which she has not gotten one) and she said "stickers" which we think is also a great name - we might save that for her future kitten and see if she likes it for a cat's name :) these are the only two things that she's blessed with a name - babies will probably remain as "baby boy" for a while.
