alex got to go see dora live this weekend! well, first we had gymnastics, and since mom's out of commission alex did gymnastics with dad...and i think it was one of the best classes yet. all the kids were being good and doing all the stuff, and alex was jumping on one leg...sort of :) and then we went straight to the theatre to see dora. alex had fun, she watched the whole thing intently. she told me it wasn't a stage though, it was t.v. in fact, there was a 20 minute intermission, during which time alex asked me to use my keys to turn on the t.v.!! but she had fun, and yesterday was retelling the story to us, including the fact that we helped diego "ego" find baby jaguar!
we also had gorgeous weather all weekend (a little on the hot side yesterday, but still nice), so alex wanted to be outside allllll weekend. which is nice until you're too hot and need a break inside and alex does not want to cooperate. but she's getting some use out of the swingset now :)
