why

if the word of the week before was "almost" it had turned into "why". she's hit that cartoonic stage where everything you say (no matter what it is) her next line is "why?" and of course this continues on and on and on...and on. the holidays are almost here (well, they're already here for some who are on break), alex had her holiday party at school. she was very excited that she was bringing in presents for her teachers and cookies for her friends. And she is allowed to wear big girl underwear to school now (or at least try), but she's out for the holidays so hopefully we'll be all set when she returns. we have made the switch over to only underwear now! congrats alex! she has been somewhat excited about it and did wonderfully yesterday, but from what i hear it's been a rough morning so far today. oh, in the picture is alex getting ready for sprinkle duty while wearing her spectacular baker's hat (handcrafted by normy-norm). happy holidays.
