we were all lucky enough to be invited to see Beauty and the Beast at the Palace Theater, friday night with normy-norm. it was awesome, so well done. alex loved it! she only made it a bit past intermission and then fell asleep on my lap - although she was still applauding after she fell asleep. and she was upset the next morning that she fell asleep and missed the ending. she was interested in the theater itself and the props for the show and really enjoyed the whole experience. then on saturday we went to see santa at the mall. this might be her last year of believing, some girl at school already told her that santa isn't real :( but she still believes for now that he is. and she's really into her elf on the shelf and where he is at all times, so she at least believes that he's flying around and visiting santa. i should probably find a better spot for all her gifts before she discovers those :) (she's already asked me in the past why santa has the same wrapping paper as me!)
