alex's first full week of summer break was spent cleaning and packing and such. she did have a lot of fun in between all that too. well, she had fun cleaning as well - she organized some shelves, her nail polishes, her art desk and the refrigerator. she got lots of time outside: catching bugs, and shooting her bb gun, riding in her car, shooting some arrows (suction cup ones still), playing with lonnie, and lots more. she went and saw Monsters University 3D on opening day! she enjoyed the movie and the previews and from what i hear, at a whole lot of popcorn. they followed up the movie by going to b spot - john's first time there and alex got to enjoy a bologna burger again. saturday, we got the backyard pools out and enjoyed a little sun. and on sunday, alex and john went to an indians game while i stayed home and packed some stuff. it was really hot out, but i guess they lot a lucky spot in the shade. alex enjoyed some ice-cream and popcorn and was really interested in the prospect of catching a foul ball (which was never going to happen where they were sitting.)
