it was a cold cold week in cleveland. in fact, john and alex both had 2 snow days last week - not because of snow but because of the bitter cold. their snow days did not line up with each other, so alex came to work at AG on friday. she enjoyed herself - but who wouldn't when you get m&m's and pizza and drive remote control blob monsters and such. and then also the loads of people to give her attention and tell her how cute and stylish she is - she loves that. on saturday, the 3 of us went to quicken to see Frozen on Ice. alex had me do her hair up like elsa and she wore her halloween costume - the sparkly elsa gown - and yes, she left sparkles everywhere. we got stadium dogs and enjoyed the show. disney always does such a nice job with costumes, and lights, and props/scenery. the skaters were great - there were 3 falls, but it was opening weekend so who knows if the ice was weird. kristoff was an excellent skater - he did a couple of back flips! and the snow monster inflatable guy was pretty cool. on sunday, we went over and finally met the new member of the family, Connor. he was so chill, just slept most of the time - after he tried peeing and more on matthew - alex thought that was hilarious. and alex and carter got to play for a while - which was really nice for both of them.
