snow fun

alex received her 2nd blue tip on her green belt this week. so she is due to belt test soon - which also means writing her paper and studying the terms (which she doesn't care much to do.) she also finished the fall term of her musical theater class. they sang "it's a hard knock life" for the parents that were there to show off what they did this semester and got their report cards. alex is very creative and enthusiastic, of course. she starts immediately this week in the spring term of her musical theater class. we had a warm day on saturday with lots of snow still on the ground, so alex and john made a snowman family (there's a tiny one in the picture that's hard to see; that's blizz.) and on sunday, john and alex went over to visit aunt molly's party - jenny and ford were in town. so alex got some extra treats including salami and buckeyes and a couple of stuffed animals.
