grandpa jerry and uncle john visit

alex is into a new grading period at school and back to lacrosse practice. it's been snowing and cold so practice outdoors has been difficult. her first game of the season is tonight at avon. and then she should have several games a week for the season. grandpa jerry and uncle john visited this weekend. we enjoyed some meals out, uncle john visited his friend for lunch, and we hung out. john had his barbie rod tournament this weekend as well. so we missed him most of saturday, but he had a good time and helped a young kid catch a big fish and tied for fourth.
