alex just finished up her spring break and is back to school today. she wanted to sleep another 2 hours when i woke her up this morning, haha. she did have plans almost every day last week. she spent time with her cousins, saw a wrinkle in time, and had lunches. friday, we went to pier w to celebrate aunt lani's birthday. also, aunt laurie surprised lani by coming in to town for a week long visit. lunch was also a surprise to her and she loved it. the food was fantastic. alex tried, and loved, calami and oysters and crab stuffed shrimp. i would have shared my scallops with her because she loves those, but they were too good to share. saturday, the three of us went to see ready player one (which i've been waiting years for them to make that movie - i love the book.) we all really enjoyed it and had lunch after. sunday was easter. alex got a basket full of stuff from us. then we went over to bopey and norm's for easter 2 and she got a another basket of chocolate and lottery tickets and such. alex still had monday off school, but lacrosse practice started back up. it was outside, so it was muddy and cold.
