pier w for john's 2nd masters and cedar point

alex had two lacrosse games this week, they won one and lost one. they're doing great (especially when most of them are new to the sport this year.) friday, alex had her big field trip to the ford museum in michigan. she had a great time. she got a ton of pressed pennies and she loved some math game they had there. and it sounds like the bus rides were fun. john had his school prom friday night and it sounds like that went well. saturday night, we went out to eat at Pier W with norm, bopey, and aunt lani to celebrate john finishing his second masters! this masters was in administration with a principal license. we're all so proud of him. dinner was absolutely delicious. sunday, we made our first visit of the season to cedar point. i wanted to ride the new coaster, steel vengeance. so we headed straight to that ride and got in line. unfortunately that was a bust. we waited in line for 2.5 hours before we bailed. they only got about 4 cars going in that time and broke down at that 2 hour mark. glad we bailed when we did because we then got several other coasters in with no wait and had a great time. alex rode two new coasters, maverick and gatekeeper. she loved them both and we think they're great so that's an awesome addition to our repertoire.
