brew&bbq and father's day

we had a fun weekend in the sun. saturday we went to cedar point. we never go on saturdays, but they were having an event for brews and bbq. we rode rides all morning and then went into the event. we got tickets that you could use for bbq samples or beer samples. they had quite a variety and live music. it was a really fun event and would love to make it an annual outing. alex ate a lot of bbq and dessert - her favorites were the ribs and the peaches and cream. sunday was father's day so we went over to bopey and norm's for brunch. that's always fun. and then we spent the rest of the day doing laundry and being in the sun. this week, alex has lacrosse camp for three days. hot days for it too, but she really enjoyed yesterday and even won a prize.
