Canada!

we had a great Canada trip this year. the weather started out amazing! the first few days we got lots of sun and heat which is perfect for swimming and jumping off the dock. we went on the Island Queen on a tour about the Georgian Bay - that was neat to see once. then we tried out a new brewery in town called Trestle Brewery. i think that was our own meal out in Parry Sound this year. we went to Canada's Wonderland again and rode a bunch of new things this year. we liked Behemoth best, but there were some interesting rides. the lines weren't too bad either. i think we waited longest for the Bat - i've always wanted to ride that, but because of the setup it takes forever. i enjoyed it, but john and alex would prefer not to ride that one again. we had some rain and not great weather after that, but not so bad that we were completely inside. we cooked some good food, enjoyed some good weather, and found frogs and toads and lots of things. we went on the paddle boat. john and alex canoed. we swam. there was some fishing. we went to the gravel pit, but lots of bugs so that didn't last long. we had a lovely trip. we came back a day early because Grandma Fay passed away and we wanted to be at her funeral. it was a nice ceremony and it's always nice to see so much family.
