alex is back to school! and she is not loving it yet. she does like her language arts teacher a lot and she's excited for library today, but other than that she doesn't really like anything else! she'll get used to it though and i'm sure things will get better. and she'll just have to try harder to stay in touch with certain friends this year. friday night, we went and checked out a lake that might be good for paddleboarding really close to home and then dinner at cornerstone, where we haven't gone to in 10ish years. saturday, alex had her informational meeting for her girls in coding class at Cleveland State. she's excited for the class which officially starts this week. they will learn html, css and javascript. after the meeting we met aunt laurie and aunt lani at Stone Mad. it's a neat irish restaurant that also has indoor bocce court. after lunch, we went to the grand opening of alex's friend, Danica's families new popcorn shop. sunday, we went to a Beatles brunch at Music Box Supper Club. my friend, Mike, is in the band. it had a good brunch bar and even better live music. we will definitely go again we had such a nice time.
