it was a fun, full weekend. mimi was in town so friday night we went over to bopey and norm's for dinner. saturday, alex went to coding class and got all caught up with what she missed last week as well. then she got home and got ready for the wedding ceremony of Fay and Jacob. it turned out to be a sunny and relatively warm day. alex handed out ribbon wands after the ceremony for people to wave as fay and jake left the church. later in a few hours we headed out to the reception. alex danced a lot, ate a lot of cheese and steak, and we all enjoyed seeing and talking to everyone. sunday, we went out to eat some yummy clam back with mimi, bopey and norm. alex ordered lobster tails with her clams and ate every bit of food she got plus our extra garlic bread from everyone else. on the way home from lunch we stopped at a little lake and park so alex and i could walk around while john had to make some work calls (unfortunately, he had a lot of work calls all weekend.) and alex started photography club this week - she seemed to like the first class and is excited to take more pictures.
