alex got to have a couple of lacrosse practices this week including one outside. it did start pouring down rain on them so alex was soaked when i got there to pick her up. GEMS is almost done for the year - they will be on a segment of the news tonight so that's exciting. there wasn't coding class this weekend due to the fact that CSU was on spring break so the buildings were locked up. she worked on homework and such all weekend so that's fine. sunday was st. patrick's day - yay! we made a loaf of sourdough bread in the morning - it turned out pretty tasty, but could have risen more. alex did her annual treasure hunt which has become our st. patrick's day tradition. she follows clues around the house, gets chocolate coins and a present (treasure) at the end. it's fun. later, we went to see captain marvel. all 3 of us really enjoyed it. i wasn't expecting much, but i loved it. then we enjoyed dinner at yardhouse. it was a good holiday.
