GEMS on girls in STEM, coding, and building stuff

alex's GEMS (girls in engineering, math, and science) club had channel 3 there this week to film for a segment called girls in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math.) we don't know yet when it will air, but she was excited. john was also on this news this week for kickin' it with Kenny. i was not on the news, haha. alex had coding this weekend, but she spent most of the weekend building different types of engineering cars for her independent research project. so we made two trips to home depot, a trip to joann's and gathered a bunch of supplies at home. and spring lacrosse starts tonight. it's a really cold day out so they are indoors for a bit whenever they can schedule sportsplex time.
