carter's bday and lacrosse

alex had 3 games scheduled last week: one got cancelled due to thunderstorms; one ended early because eleanor broke her ankle badly - she is doing well after her surgery yesterday; and one (if i remember correctly) was a win. saturday was carter's birthday party, which was fun. then we went to crocker to see the hello kitty truck - we tried waiting in line two different times and the line was not moving so we took our picture and didn't wait in the cold to buy anything. we did enjoy a little dinner at yardhouse. sunday, mother's day, alex had a tournament in canton. they had three games and won all three, making them 1st place in their division. they did great! alex scored 2 goals (got really close on another); played midi as well; won a face off; and did a fantastic job in defense. she has a couple of games this week and another tournament.
