john was up in canada opening up the cabin, so it was a girls' weekend for alex and i. we finally watched spider-verse on friday night and loved it. saturday was alex's all-stars game. it was so hot out, but all 3 girls played well and had a good time. they got these special pennies that they get to keep and signed a banner that will be hung at force sports. then that evening alex and i went to detective pikachu (cute movie) and dinner at yardhouse. sunday, we lunched at bomba and looked at paddle boards and did laundry and dishes and vacuuming and all that fun stuff. monday, alex and i went to cedar point. yay, first trip of the season. there were more people than we're used to, but we got to ride some of our favorites and waited for front row and we had a yummy lunch at johnny rockets. we did sit on the steel vengeance coaster (loaded and buckled) while they had a "delay" haha. there was a woman that looked completely panicked when they told us that, but alex and i just laughed about it knowing that they'd unload us if it was a bigger problem (we think it was a head rest replacement.)
