this weekend was full for everyone. alex wasn't sure about going to the dance friday night, but she went with her friends and had a great time. she really enjoyed the photo booth they had there. while john and i were at his school event on saturday, alex did homework and baked chocolate chocolate cookies. and they were delicious. sunday, alex had a lacrosse tournament. they played three games again. they lost two of them so they didn't move on to the fourth game. it was a really hot day so it would have been hard to play well in that weather. alex did great and she scored another goal and got really close on another. this is her about to score against rocky river. what you can't see is that her mouth guard is still tucked into her shirt, haha. but she got the mouth guard in after and all was good. alex also found out that she will play in the all-star game! which is awesome, so proud of her. that should be a fun game to play.
