donut worry run happy 5k

alex had coding class on saturday while john and i went to lunch at beerhead. we got a lot of things done this weekend - not fun stuff really, but to-do stuff. but we mixed the chores in with fun things. alex really enjoys coding. and we worked the food bank saturday morning. the truck was running really late so we explored the school more and alex checked out the 3d printers again and we helped set up, but had to run to class. sunday, we participated in the first brewnuts 5k. we picked up our packets early and went inside to enjoy a beer and donuts. we walked the 5k; it's always nice to see some new areas that you don't usually walk in. at the finish line we got some fun medals and an apple cider spiced donut, which was delicious. we needed some solid food after that so we went to the rail to enjoy lunch.
