summer

alex had coding class on saturday. i guess they're learning C# (pronounced C sharp.) john and i enjoyed lunch at beerhead. followed by homework and cleaning and such. sunday, alex and i saw Summer. it was a fun show. alex didn't know any of the music, but it was still enjoyable. i like disco so i knew most of her songs. after Summer, we went out to dinner at Yours Truly. we had never been before. it was delicious. monday, after school, alex and i carved pumpkins. i hadn't realized that in the past alex had always painted her pumpkin. this year she wanted to carve it and she did a great job. i baked the seeds and they were yummy. this week is halloween, the end of a grading period, and GEMS club starts.
