i was going to upload the video we took of her getting her photo taken with santa, but that one is not as cute as this video, but i still posted the picture with santa. in the video, she is dancing to the singing reindeer and she says merry christmas at the beginning if you can hear it.
yes, we went to see santa on saturday - we happened to the mall and there were zero people in line so we went for it. she wanted nothing to do with him - so i put her down, they snapped the picture, and she was done. it's a pretty funny picture though, and of course later she said that she liked santa, so she has no memory of being so upset about it. obviously, since later she was saying merry christmas and dancing away.
john also hung lights on her pine tree outside, so we got the pleasure of having to sit in front of the glass doors watching the tree for more time than we would have liked. the dolls and toys and even kaya were shown the tree also. so she is enjoying that very much.
