what a beautiful weather weekend. alex had a great time having easter at our house and getting to swing all day in the wonderful sun. we dyed easter eggs, which was fun - she even ate part of one on easter, but seemed quite disgusted by the yolk and quit eating it. sunday morning alex immediately saw a hiding easter egg on the way to the kitchen for breakfast and we were not able to hold her off, so off to hunting we went. she found lots of eggs filled with money, jelly beans, stamps and erasers. she also found a basket that the bunny left for her filled with candy and toys. the easter bunny also left a bunny basket on the porch (from grandpa regan and michelle) and bopey and normy-norm found a basket at their house that the easter bunny had left for alex. alex had a great day of sugar and picking flowers and running.
