it's seven!

pretty normal week for alex. she's been really good about school and of course is enjoying dance class. she had a new move to show me this week, but doesn't know the name of it. alex is learning to tell time...a little. she is ready to go to bed as soon as she gets home every night. well, that's great and all, but we can't have her going to bed at 6 o'clock and then being up at 4am or earlier. so we have started teaching her how to tell time (of course it's all digital, but hey that's all we have). so, now she knows that she can't go upstairs to bed until the first number on the clock is at least 7 or 8. it's working out pretty well, although there is a little confusion when it's 7 in the morning and she thinks she can go back to bed!
