why? why? why? why? why?

the weather was beatiful on friday, so while john was mowing the lawn alex and i played outside in the back yard. as you can see she is working on perfecting the art of spreading dandelions around. we also signed up for the summer pool on friday and alex does not seem to understand why we can't go to the pool now! the entire time i was signing us up alex was asking why (which has been her thing lately). why can't we go to the pool now? why isn't the pool open yet? why is it too cold to go swimming outside? (which of course was extra confusing considering at that moment is was in the '80s outside.) why can't we set up my pool at home? and so forth and so forth.
