alex was sick all weekend with a really high fever and chest congestion and all that good stuff. she stayed home from school on friday and it lasted thru the entire weekend. she was on constant tylenol (which she likes up to a point and then she didn't want any more - she likes the grape tylenol better, but we ran out of that and only had pink tylenol left which she did not want at all) and children's clariton. she is doing much better this morning, no fever, and is back at school. she has her last dance class today before her recital. and we cut her hair last night - it looks really cute and there will be pictures of that next week. it was blazing hot out yesterday but we thought that might help break up her congestion so she scooted briefly, but gave up quickly saying it was too hot. she was pretty good on the scooter too, getting the idea of pushing off and gliding.
