getting excited for santa!

we're getting ready for the holidays - almost there. of course the hardest part is attempting to wrap christmas and birthday presents while alex is "napping" or resting. but yay, things are getting wrapped, buckeyes are being made, and holiday joy is being spread like crazy. alex has been enjoying all the christmas specials on tv and getting excited for santa. she's also really excited to take cupcakes to all her friends at school for her birthday (after break, but she's already thinking about that). and the snow has started, but alex is excited to go build a snowman (which she can do now thanks to the snow fall and thanks to miss stephanie for the hand-me-down snow boats from sophie).
