alex had her holiday party at school on friday - this is a photo of her class (minus johnny, he was out that day). it goes from left to right: James, Sarah, Alex, Karmella, Emily, Miss Renee (with Karmella and Emily on her lap), Dawson, Jerzy, and Emma. Dawson and Emily are alex's best buddies - she talks about them all the time and is already missing them. at their holiday party they had fun sugary snacks and played games. saturday we had gymnastics, alex did well there too. and then yesterday was bopey and normy-norm's holiday party. it was a lovely party except alex was tired and mad at me because she wanted more chocolate. so when people would try to talk to her, she would grumpily reply "i want chocolate". she eventually got over that but must have eaten half that bowl of holiday oyster crackers. but the party wore her out well, and since she had skipped her nap she was out cold before we got home - yay.
