snow fun

geez, we got a little bit of snow. but hey, it was great snowman making snow. we got to play outside, run with lonnie, and make the biggest snowman to date - of course he already has fallen over and is mostly melted. plus it was a crafty weekend. alex helped me paint for one of my craft projects, and she did lots of cutting out of scrap paper left over from a project, and we did lots of good brainstorming for halloween and her beach bedroom project. john did lots of good training with lonnie - alex is slowing learning how to properly act with a hyperactive dog. she still likes to taunt and call him to her only to end up pummeled by a clumsy dog who is still not used to his giant paws. alex thought it might be a good idea to rename him "jacked-up lonnie. i'm just sayin'." and of course alex missed her friends, so she's happy to be back at school today.
