summer break

alex is officially on summer break - yay. already though she keeps asking if it's a school night, so it's just a matter of time before she starts getting upset about seeing her friends and going back to school. soccer season is over and swim season begins. alex has her first swim lesson today - it's going to be a bit chilly but hopefully she won't mind that too much. the weather wasn't great this weekend but she got to fly her kite some more - she really does get it in the air.
