weekend visit from grandpa jerry and uncle john

this weekend, grandpa jerry and uncle john came up for a visit. we went to the natural history museum on saturday, which we've never been to before (well, john went when he was young.) it was a really cool place, alex enjoyed it. she even got to pet an oppossum (of course, she made me double check for hand sanitizer before she was willing to touch it.) she knew what most of the animals and dinosaurs were and enjoyed all the live animals of course. she said her favorite part was the pendulum. after the museum we went and got ice-cream at dairy queen, it was too rainy and cold to play putt putt. and she ran off the rest of her energy outside playing with her easter basket surprises from grandpa jerry.
