end of fall soccer and the pumpkin festival

alex did well in drum lessons again, she just needs to remember to practice in between classes. she had her last soccer game of the season on saturday (well, the team has one more game but she will miss that one.) she did pretty well, it's exhausting not having sub outs. she said the other team was pushy and she did get rolled over at one point, but she did well. later on saturday we went to the pumpkin festival at red wagon. what a great place. she jumped on the hay piles and went on a hay ride. john carried out 3 pumpkins from the $10 all you can carry deal! john did great, and then alex says "uncle matt got 4 pumpkins." haha. on sunday, alex had a play date over at her friend abby's house. they went to swings 'n' things and played putt-putt, got ice-cream, and played some games. they also fit in some crafts and bracelet looming. alex was exhausted by the end of her weekend.
