snow and freezing rain and movies

it was a weekend of getting some things done like sewing and cleaning and picking up and doing crafts and grocery and so forth. alex and john made a snowman on saturday while the snow was still around - it was freezing rain on saturday but there was enough snow left for this guy. then it turned to regular rain and the next morning we found all the snowman's accessories laying on the ground and the hat barely hanging on to a skinny little snowman. we watched some christmas time movies likes the christmas story and annie and christmas vacation. alex had theater and taekwondo this week. oh and she got her report card (and conference is tonight.) she's doing well - she got a couple of developing and mostly secures. we'll see what miss chichester says tonight :)
