alex has been studying and practicing flute all week. i'm a little surprised she's being so good at practicing flute, but she must be enjoying it still. friday, alex went over to emma's for a playdate. they haven't done that in a while and i guess they had a lot of fun. alex also got her cogat results back on friday. she did amazing! overall she is up in the 97%, but for the non-verbal math (which i guess is geometry and patterning) she is in the 99%. saturday, we ran some errands and had lunch out at the rail where alex ate an entire adult sized burger (and they are large burgers there) and all her french fries. then we did a lot of christmas decorating and housework. sunday was more housework and studying and projects. monday was pajama day at school for alex. she wore two sets! it looks comfortable, but i guess she was warm all day. today, she gets to go see wonder with her class. she's been so excited to go see this movie since she came home with the permission slip.
