i'm back - i took last week off because my back was in no shape to do anything - not to mention the amount of pain killers i was taking - i was a bit loopy. also, because of my back i kind of missed everything that was happening last week and weekend, i'm feeling a bit better so i was able to participate back in the world this weekend. unfortunately alex was coughing up a storm so she missed her soccer game this week, but the weather is looking promising for her practice tomorrow. yesterday was mother's day, alex and i had special donuts for breakfast - yum. and alex made me a beaded bracelet at school - i love it so much i've been wearing it since she gave it to me. alex hasn't seen her cousin abbey in quite some time, so most of the weekend alex was obsessed with being next to and touching and tickling and watching her "cousin, abbey". it was kind of cute, but i don't know what abbey thought of alex since she wasn't given any breathing room at all. almost back to normal, yay. happy dance class monday :)
