back to the pool, finally

this is alex's goalie stance - she's pretty good in goal, but on the field she just runs around and watches. she does get a few kicks in, but doesn't seem too interested while playing the field. i asked her if she even likes soccer and she said, "i like making friends, and i like the end of the game." meaning she likes the snacks at the end of the game - ha ha. she's also been practicing her archery which she says she really enjoys. the heater at the pool was finally fixed so we went swimming this weekend - she is still quite terrified of the pool, but she says she like water (just not when it's too deep for her reach.) and she is on a corn dog kick now, plus she likes to save the sticks to recycle for the garden.
