muppets, more snow, and a baptism

alex had spring break this week, so she went to daycare all week and had a great time. she did lots of art projects and played with her friends. she didn't have drums this week so she had an extra day of tae kwon do, which basically was a private class since it was just her and an upper belt there that night. she is doing well and on her way to a second mark on her belt. i also heard master miller telling alex how "spirited" she is. saturday, alex and i went to go see muppets most wanted. it was cute, alex really enjoyed it. and when we came out of the the theater it was snowing like crazy. on sunday, it was carter's baptism. all the kids did so well. alex ended up sitting with abbey, which made both of them happy. the church was beautiful. carter did great, he went along with everything, and then fell asleep after he got baptized. then there was a lovely brunch at sarah's parents house: and alex absolutely loved the ham on croissant sandwich she had (so much that she went back and fixed herself a second one!) after that, alex went to the gym with me. both of us are starting to run and are both signed up for the rite aid races: me for the 5k and alex for the kids' fun run. she's really excited and hopes to make some new friends there. and she is thrilled to be back to school today.
