it was an interesting week with car troubles, but what can you do. john's birthday turned out to be him coming to jump my dead car and taking it to get a new battery :( and then the week ended with his car being in the shop once again. Alex had a nice week overall though. She didn't have guitar because her teacher was at an event so she got an extra taekwondo class in. alex got to go to emma's for a playdate on friday and it appeared as though they had fun. saturday alex had another soccer game. she scored two goals this week. her team still lost, but she did well. and alex and her friends figured out how to text and chat with each other on the computer so she spent most of the rest of her weekend doing that! she did help me make a cake and frosting for john's birthday. we went over to bopey and norm's for brunch to celebrate john on sunday. then alex spent the rest of the day chatting with her girlfriends.
