it is getting colder here. friday night it was raining and cold so instead of soccer practice we went to suds. they have a new pinball machine there and alex loved it. she said the show (the walking dead) looked interesting, but i told her she wouldn't like it. but she may have thought the show looked good because she was having fun with the game. saturday she had a game and it was chilly. she was on defense most of the time, and did great. she was in goal briefly and she did great - even though someone stepped on her hand! of course she spent most of the rest of the day doing her homework as well as john. sunday was spent finishing homework, cleaning, some sewing and watching halloween movies. this week should be the end of the season for guitar as well as soccer (we'll see if there's a make up game though.) so she can focus more on taekwondo and prepping for her black belt as well as homework.
