one of the ways we survived meals in canada was due to recycling. see that bin in the background - that's the recycling bin. alex spent most meals (after she was done chowing) pulling stuff out of recycling and putting it back in. she also very much enjoyed playing with bopey's flavored waters and peeling the labels off (she preferred to play with the red flavored waters for some reason). i have no idea why she's licking her arm in the picture, but you can see she's enjoying recycling. it kept her entertained :)
