if you ever need rain then just sign alex up for soccer and you'll get non-stop precipitation. her soccer game was cancelled again this weekend and the rain is supposed to continue. since it was so nice outside we spent almost the entire weekend indoors. but alex did some easy bake oven (the pretzels were not so good but the yellow cake with frosting was not so bad), she played with the dancing snowmen (yes i have some christmas stuff out already because of an ecard i'm working on and alex loves those dancing snowmen), assisted me with soapmaking, did some sewing, and lots of playing. it was fire safety week this past week too and alex drew a picture for us of our escape route in case there ever is a fire at home. friday night we went to see Disney on Ice. it was Mickey and Minnie's Magical Journey. alex loved everything but her favorite part was when we had to clap for tinkerbell to save her. she also had popcorn and picked out one of those spinny light up wand things.
